The consultation fee is $30, which is credited towards your first treatment. IPL may be suitable for you if you experience:
Sun damage or UV-induced pigmentation
Freckles, age spots or uneven tone
Facial redness, vascular lesions or broken capillaries
Dullness, rough texture or skin lacking clarity
Early signs of ageing or overall skin fatigue
IPL is generally best suited to Fitzpatrick skin types I–III, with some type IV clients approved after assessment.
A mandatory consultation and patch test are required at least 24–48 hours prior to your first full treatment to ensure your skin responds safely and predictably.Your skin will be thoroughly assessed so we can determine which IPL mode (pigmentation, vascular, or rejuvenation) is most effective for your concerns.

Your treatment begins with a warm towel cleanse to prepare the skin. A smooth, conductive gel is applied before gentle RF energy is moved across the face in controlled, warming motions. Most clients describe the sensation as soothing, similar to a warm facial massage.
Mild warmth or temporary redness may appear post-treatment, settling quickly. RF offers instant radiance with deeper firming effects developing gradually over a series of sessions.

Following your IPL treatment, you may experience:
Warmth, redness or mild swelling (typically resolves within hours)
Temporary darkening of pigmentation
Light flaking as treated pigment lifts naturally
To support healing and maximise results:
Avoid direct sun exposure for 7–14 days
Wear SPF daily (mandatory)
Avoid heat, saunas, hot showers and intense exercise for 24–48 hours
Avoid active skincare (retinol, exfoliants, AHAs/BHAs, Vitamin C) for 3–5 days
Keep the skin cool, calm and hydrated
Do not pick or exfoliate flaking pigment
Your skin will progressively brighten and clarify over the days and weeks following treatment.
