At Althea, we’ve made booking your appointment as simple and convenient as possible. The easiest way to secure your preferred time is through our online booking system, which is available 24/7 and shows real-time availability. It’s quick, secure, and gives you the freedom to choose a time that suits you best, without waiting for a reply.

If you prefer a more personal touch or need help choosing the right service, you're also welcome to get in touch via phone or message. As Althea is a one-person business, please keep in mind that I may be with a client and unable to respond immediately, but I will always get back to you as soon as I can.

Althea operates strictly by appointment only, allowing each treatment to be delivered with complete focus and care. Complimentary consultations are also available, both in person and over the phone, and can be easily booked online. For all IPL services, a consultation and test patch is required before beginning treatment.

Every appointment is your time, set aside just for you.

How Gift Voucher Work At Althea

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply want to share a moment of self-care with someone you love, gift vouchers from Althea Medi Spa are a thoughtful and flexible way to give the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Gift vouchers can be purchased online at any time through our secure booking system. You can choose a specific treatment from our pre-set options, or select a dollar amount to allow your recipient to choose what suits them best. Vouchers are emailed instantly after purchase, either to you or directly to the recipient, and can include a personalised message.

If you’d prefer something a little more personal, we also offer beautifully presented physical gift vouchers, carefully packaged in an envelope and available to arrange for in-clinic collection.

  • Yes. Complimentary consultations are available in person or over the phone and can be booked online. For all IPL services, a consultation and test patch are required before beginning treatment.

  • Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking online up to 24 hours before your appointment. For any changes within 24 hours, please get in touch directly. As a small, one-person business, last-minute changes can be tricky, so I truly appreciate as much notice as possible.

  • Yes, you can choose from a selection of pre-set treatments or select a dollar amount. The recipient will then be able to use the voucher towards any service that suits them best. If you are wanting to purchase a gift voucher for a service not listed, please contact us and we can arrange this.

  • You can choose! Either enter the recipient’s email to send it directly to them, or your own email if you’d like to forward or print it yourself.

  • Yes, beautifully packaged physical gift vouchers are available to arrange for in-clinic collection. Just reach out to organise a time.

  • All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, we want your experience (or your recipient’s) to be the right fit. If a voucher was purchased for a specific service but you’d prefer to use it toward another treatment of equal value, we’re more than happy to adjust it. Voucher amounts can also be used toward any service on our menu.
